Automotive Subframe Assembly Cell

Multi-Arm robotic cell with auto bolt feeding, torqueing, “Pokey” checks, auto thread chasing by robots and fixed thread chasing heads, and final auto racking by use of IR vision with Fanuc. Auto racking robot is on a 7th axis Kyrus slider and auto EOAT (End of Arm Tooling) change over per rack being loaded. Thread chasing station rotates 180-degrees based on rack being loaded.
