Wheel Liner Rivet Machine

Two station wheel liner rivet machine with auto sequencing and auto rivet pull to attach insulation fabric to plastic mounting. Using fiber optics, the rivet stem and seat depth are checked for each of the five rivets per side. An auto collection of rivet stems into a pull-out scrap bin under the machine with proximity sensors to verify the stem has cleared into the scrap bin.
